Ordered take out, food was horrible, old dried, tough should have never been served. Requested a refund. Was told I ordered it online so I have to call customer service. Spoke to someone about the problem. They agreed about the service. They said someone will be in contact with me about the issue and the request for a refund. It's been 6 days so far and haven't heard anything. As of now it appears the customer service is no better than the food.
I’ll start by saying I’ve eaten in the restaurant several times and didn’t have any issues. The last time or food was kinda bad but I figured it was an off day. Well a month or so has passed and I ordered DoorDash to my work. I received mashed potatoes that were luke warm with dry old chunks mixed in. That was my extra side which was the only thing I attempted to eat. Because my meal itself was raw… the meat was raw in spots all over and the bread even had pink bloody juice on it. Absolutely disgusting.
Food was hot. Hot fudge cake was awesome as usual. Our server at the drive through window was a real sweet heart.
