I've been a client since 1997 and have only fantastic things to say about Friots. A family owned business, I have received personalized, fast attention anytime I called. Paul is direct and honest, and doesn't try to sell you equipment you don't really need. I had some minor trouble with the salt tank about 2 years ago and Paul was out to see me within 24 hours (It wasn't an emergency at all.) He rectified the problem right away.
