My responsibility to know my insurance for sure this office knowingly not only did not tell me my insurance was not eligible when I walked in they took my card. Again my responsibility but they took time to leave a message the day before, saying I wasn’t covered yet , which I didn’t get due to a phone issue. They don’t go above and beyond to tell you when you go to the appointment that you pay out of pocket, they waited till my appointment was over to tell me.
