If I could give this place more ⭐️‘s I would. Hands down the best place to workout, you will leave drenched in sweat. Everyone there is a pleasure to workout with, I’m so glad I finally joined.
One of the best decision I’ve ever made! Not only is it like one big family, but they actually care and want what’s best for you! I wouldn’t recommend anyone better than Ashlee! She is the best and truly will keep you on your toes! You’re missing out not being here with us!

I have always struggled with staying on the right track but with weekly weigh ins it helps hold you accountable . Frinks is not just a gym , they make it such an enjoyable process !
