Got a trim, hair was so uneven I had to go somewhere else to fix it, took 30 minutes to record my hair for their TikTok. Lady next to me got bleach blonde hair and the clips that they used to hold up her hair weren’t washed so she had big blue spot on top of her head just because they can’t do the basics of washing their hair tools after using them. Never went back since.

Would love to give 5 stars but they wouldn't even let us in the doors they say they are open till 6pm got there at 5:15 waited at the doors while all the ladies just stared at me till I went back to my car left wouldn't even come to the door to let me know if they changed their hours or not
