My son has sensory issues and we explicitly asked Madi not to use a razor on his hair, she agreed not to and said she would only use scissors. She then tried to use a razor when his Dad walked away. She also did a poor job. I’ve been to Fringe myself a couple of times and been quite happy but this was upsetting for the fact she used a razor when she thought his Dad wasn’t looking and she didn’t do a very good job. I saw Madi Caswell on my first visit to Fringe Salon, and she was able to give me a cut, color, and style in my target budget. My hair looked great and was so soft! It’s been about two weeks, and I’m still receiving daily compliments when people see my hair. I had come to her because my previous Autumn Red dye job had come out too orange-toned for my liking. I prefer a natural dark red. She fixed my hair in one session, and even got me out in time so I could pick my kids up on time! Madi is great!
