I asked for red and black hair like this in the picture. I saw Emily and this is how my “red” looked leaving… nothing like i asked. Had to spend money to fix it after leaving. Very patchy, looked very rushed, and like time and patience wasn’t put into my wishes. (She knew i had previous box dye, but my hair lifted very well, no reason it should’ve turned out like this… I fixed it and got exactly what I wanted without any issues.. This is the most beautiful salon I have ever been in. My experience is always great!! Always warm and welcoming! Suzi Renda, the owner, does a fantastic job! She does my hair. I have also gone to Kayla who does great work also! You will love the shampoo chairs. You get a massage while getting your hair washed. Great salon! I highly recommend!! Carol Dykta
I came here for the first time today and will never be coming back. Went in for a regular trim today with Emily as my stylist. My original appointment time was 8:45 am, I was not seen until 9:10 after they asked me to move my appointment back to 9am. I asked for a simple trim and long layers, which is what I usually get at other establishments.
