I have a Carrier central AC. When it needed servicing in 2012, I called Frigid Care. They were responsive and helpful - Dexter taught me how to replace the filter on my own to keep my unit running without problems. Fast forward to 2020 and once again, my AC unit needed repair. I still had Frigid Care in my contacts, so I was relieved and delighted when Jerry answered the phone and sent Dexter to help me out within a few hours.
