I greatly appreciate the counseling services that Elizabeth Friesen provided. I've struggled with depression for over 40 years and with anxiety periodically. Ms. Friesen was simply the most effective therapist (of more than a dozen) with whom I have worked. She listened carefully and with compassion. She seemed to have knack for hearing beyond what I was saying. She asked hard questions, and pushed me to look more deeply into my feelings and my habitual ways of thinking. I've had other counselors who've helped me in the past. But, Elizabeth has helped me the most of any counselor I've ever had. I've learned incredibly helpful skills that have improved my depression and how I interact with virtually every part of my life.

Enjoyed the few times i went. Not a fan of nobody real answering the phones and they ignore people who knock on the doors to drop off payments, yet speak clearly enough about that person in the lobby who’s trying to get ahold of someone. Probably should hire a secretary or something. not a big fan of hearing someone brag about how they don’t want to answer the door because it’s “too much work this close to closing time” when it was 45 minutes before close.
