I have had a condition on my scalp for over 20 years. Have gone to different dermatologists, tried everything they have prescribed and even got a scalp biopsy. I was told it was seborrheic dermatitis and acne necrotica. I was given more prescription meds and ointments but nothing ever helped, so I learned to live with my condition. I had the flu and I was running 103° temp which I explained to Dr Vu's staff and so we rescheduled only to find out that they still are charging me for the last visit I never even made. This place is crooked for charging patients for office visits that never happened shame on you Dr Vu!
Every visit has exceeded my expectations. Dr. Vu and her staff go above and beyond in every way. Friendly, knowledgeably, professional and caring. Also, this is one of the cleanest offices I have ever seen! I definitely recommend Dr Vu.
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Vu! I have been a patient of hers for 8 years now. In those 8 years I have had several skin cancer diagnoses. Dr. Vu is very caring yet thorough and takes her job very seriously. She is very gentle when performing skin cancer surgery and I have always felt comfortable. She is also very knowledgeable when it comes to Skin Conditions such as Acne and Keratosis Pilaris, and has helped me with these issues over the years.
