Hello all.. I took my 81 yro mother in to get services for the first time. Had been in the office for about 25 minutes when the receptionist asked for the $50 copay, she let them know there was no copay. Waited another 5 minutes she came back & said yes you have a copay, it's on the web site. Asked them if they called the insurance company, she said no because the person in the back "WAS TOO BUSY" to call & that we should call. Called to verify and bam! She never has a copay. Returned and had a great experience. My husband has been very happy with his care.
I have had a condition on my scalp for over 20 years. Have gone to different dermatologists, tried everything they have prescribed and even got a scalp biopsy. I was told it was seborrheic dermatitis and acne necrotica. I was given more prescription meds and ointments but nothing ever helped, so I learned to live with my condition. I had the flu and I was running 103° temp which I explained to Dr Vu's staff and so we rescheduled only to find out that they still are charging me for the last visit I never even made. This place is crooked for charging patients for office visits that never happened shame on you Dr Vu!
