Really disappointed as I have been going to this dermatologist since high school but now I and my entire family will have to switch to a different provider due to the unprofessionalism I was shown earlier today. Doc is good but the office cant get their information right. Visited with my son 2 weeks ago and told them several times I was 100% with my insurance and they finally confirmed. Here I am 2 weeks later for my appointment and same disagreement but theyre computer system is down so they cant confirm... can you not call Cigna instead of relying on your electronics? I've been unhappy with my skin for years. I finally made an appointment with Dr Vu. She took the time to explain what I was dealing with and gave me a few options on where to start. Now only a week into following her treatment using their products I can literally see the changes beginning. I couldn't be more happy. The entire staff is friendly and attentive. I am just thrilled with the service provided. thank you Dr. Vu, truly!!!
The most incompetent people on earth!!! They told my daughter to have her labs done on March 1st and the appointment was set on March 5, she just went to get all this crap done, and has been turned down due to it being to soon, why even give appointments and then retract it all, I take time out to do this with my child, whom is a student, and dancer, we don’t have the time to be misguided by a bunch of unprofessional staff, the doctor needs to upgrade her very rude staff, reconsider hiring people who know what they are doing... read more
