Albert came today and was a total pro! Cleaned our couch in the den & spot treated our silk/wool rug. We have 4 dogs & Albert removed the pet stains brilliantly. Odor & stain! I can not recommend this company enough especially if you have pet stains on carpet, rugs or couches.
