I called for assistance in getting a ticket for my son from billings mt to oklahoma city. Some lady with a scratchy voice got really rude and made the statment ..."OH no one in oklahoma could help you"...i didnt even try to explain about the run around i just got before her. i dont understand why people just dont do there job...they are getting paid to do it so why not just DO YOUR JOB
