We are very disappointed with our experience at Friendship Subaru of Beckley. We bought a car and were told that our license plate would be mailed to our home. After about a month, we called to check on it and were told that our temporary paper plate wouldn't expire for another two months, so we waited, which wasn't an issue at all. The day before the temporary paper plate expired, I called again because we still hadn't received the permanent license plate.
