I'll start by saying Dr. Moore is great! I'd really love for my kids to keep seeing her. Unfortunately, their wait times are just too long. We've been over a dozen times, and all but one of those appointments we've had significant waits. On two occasions we waited for over an hour in the exam room after initially seeing the nurse. This would probably be doable if my kids were older but it does not work for toddlers/ babies. Their rooms are windowless, without toys/ entertainment, and honestly a little depressing. We take both of our children to this practice and have to say we've been beyond pleased with Dr. Moore. She is great and has a natural and wonderful way of connecting with the kids. We are so glad we found her.
