Constantly have rescheduling and billing issues. And wait times are always long. The physicians have also led us astray twice, resulting in us needing to go to the ER shortly after visits for our children.
This practice and Dr. Cross in particular are amazing. She literally saved our baby’s life when he was less than a week old and called us multiple times over the weekend when he was in the NICU to check in on him and us. We couldn’t appreciate them more!
Dr. Brasch is excellent. I appreciate the thoroughness of her annual exams especially. It’s unusual to find a practice whose doctors spend so much time with their patients.
I'll start by saying Dr. Moore is great! I'd really love for my kids to keep seeing her. Unfortunately, their wait times are just too long. We've been over a dozen times, and all but one of those appointments we've had significant waits. On two occasions we waited for over an hour in the exam room after initially seeing the nurse. This would probably be doable if my kids were older but it does not work for toddlers/ babies. Their rooms are windowless, without toys/ entertainment, and honestly a little depressing.
