Our overall experience was great. The facility was clean. The staff were very caring and professional. They attended all our needs from admission through discharge. My dad stayed there for a month and his condition improved so much. We appreciate and thank Nereida, Patricia, Paulina, PT's/OT's, RN's, LVN's, CNA's and the rest of the staff.
As a thriller and romance author, I’m always on the lookout for unique locations. I’ve been to this location a few times due to family health challenges. The skilled nursing facility is the closest to my parents’ home in South Chula Vista, and as a result this is where we end up going. The facility is clean, and the staff are courteous and attentive.
