Absolutely amazing Service! Love my new car!
Do no come here for hybrid vehicle service. Brought my Niro (hybrid) here to the service center because I was having problems with the 12v battery. They were not helpful and couldn't tell me anything about what was wrong with my car. I feel like the technicians here just aren't familiar with hybrids and instead of telling me that or making an attempt to figure it out they just took a cursory look at it and then told me "I dont know". We have had a mostly terrible experience with this kia and kia corporate as a whole. I had a 2017 kia sportage with less than 90,000 that the engine blew and it should have been covered under kia's warranty, but after a lot of back and forth it wasn't because it would not throw the correct code to be covered. Every time I called there was a different manager in the service department (Joe, Jay, Derek, etc), so always a different answer. The only pleasant one to deal with or helpful one was Derek.
