They were 15 minutes late getting the boat to the loading dock and had an attitude. Then came back early. Won’t use them again.
I reserved the boat for my daughters 15th birthday party on Friday, March 20. No children will be able to attend. The governor has declared a state of emergency due to the Coronavirus and after calling the owner, he told me I cannot cancel or reschedule the party. It’s unfortunate that he would take advantage of this national pandemic especially while so many people are already losing. So for us, it’s $360 lost.

We had an amazing time on the boat for my moms Birthday luau!!
We were late leaving nearly an hour, it was wet due to rain and the (son of the captain) took a blower and blowed water in, on, and near all the guest. He did not ask anyone to move. He was speaking under his breath with resentment. It was not a friendly atmosphere or welcoming. The party in itself was very nice. Until the captain turned the power off before we even made it back.
