We bought a used vehicle from friendship of Hyundai in Johnson City TN on Roane street. We took it to them for servicing oil change tire rotations shortly after purchasing and for concern of a service engine light that came on close to the time of purchase. And at the time of purchase they didn’t even give us keys to test drive the vehicle. They did our oil change and tire rotation gave us a paper that everything is good on the car and was told not to worry about the service light. Hands down the easiest process with buying ask for Chuck and Steve, they make the process personable and easy. They can make it work! Great atmosphere, will be back for future buys!
This dealership is very dishonest. I negotiate a price on a car. Offer was signed and accepted by the manager however when I signed the final contract my price jumped up an additional $4,000 I signed this quickly as I was rushed by the manager. Then when I discovered the mistake I went back into the managers office and was told “well you signed it. Expect fraud every step of the way with the purchasing process at this dealership better yet go to another dealership.
We came to order a part for our car but Chuck talked us into a newer car. I like the extra room. We had to bring it back for some miner issues, which Steve was a great help, Chuck had the day off. Everyone was extremely helpful and if you need a car go see these guys. Thanks from the Scott's.
