The service at Friendship Hyundai of Johnson City is always excellent. Jacket Cowan is a great guy and always remembers me by name as soon as he sees me. He keeps me updated on what needs to be done and offers suggestions what might need service. He never pressures me to have the service done that I don’t need at that time. Jessica and Jake are both great partners to this dealership! He always remembers that I need a ride to the Red Lobster so I can have lunch while my Kona is being serviced.
