Kevin Utsman made my day bearable. I had no intention of buying a car until I found out it was going to cost a fortune to fix mine. He was very attentive and worked to get everything I needed. Thanks so much. UPDATE The service department is completely incompetent. I took the car for the first oil change. For the next oil change I went to Asheville Hyundai. On the computer there is NO record of the first oil change. I called Friendship and they have NO record either. This is ridiculous. I'll never go back to Friendship.

I went to have a battery in my key op changed i took my own battery and they didn't charge me a dime to change it out .. customer service was great !!
The maintenance service plan was not accurately explained to us at the time of signing, and we were told to get maintenence every 5000 miles when it ought to have been every 7500, causing our $970 premium to be lost before we were near our expiration of 60 months or 60000 miles. I feel this to have been very scummy overall, and not a proper way to run a business. My wife and I are incredibly disappointed with the dealership.
