Britta was so helpful and super friendly!
Britta was amazing! I was out on a trip and my engine decided to blow up on me. I had the car towed to the shop and Britta was there and helped me. I hadn’t had the car very long and she went above and beyond to help. I’ve had bad news about my car before, but never bad service from Britta or other associates.
Pros - friendly, took my car in on time, provided and excellent video outlining their inspection, no issue with the quality of the work. Cons - time to complete task was very excessive for simple maintenance. Coat of service was higher than the same service provided at other locations. Conclusion - I would go back for more in depth service but not normal maintenance.
