Great experience! Brent was patient and not at all pushy. The worst part is the paperwork and he ensured he had most of it done before we returned so we were out in no time.
Had a door latch replaced under extended warranty. Seven months later the door handle broke off. Was told since the work was done so long ago there was nothing they could do. Even though it’s obvious the repair was not done properly after they had broke the door handle and tried to fix it with a zip tie. Was offered a 20% discount on a 600$ repair.
Britta called and fixed this issue I changed my 1 star I called service and parts department and they said they will call me back. I had questions for quotes and questions on service my son just had done at the Bristol location. This place never returns calls. I’m going to start going to Johnson City location.
