Nice comfortable chairs to sit in while getting the vehicle serviced. Coffee machine so I could drink coffee. Service personnel are friendly and the place is very clean. We just purchased a vehicle from Friendship Hyundai of Beckley. Our salesperson was Tim Massey and he was awesome! Two big thumbs up for him! Everyone there treated us as family and they gave us an excellent deal. Two thumbs up!

They went to Bristol for my husband’s car and went to Princeton for my SUV. Go and see Tim! Let them hook you up in a nice ride. Take all the paperwork to make the process a breeze. Paystubs, loan information on current car or the title. All the keys and things. Know your credit score! They are willing to run you for the best deal.
Everyone was really nice. The problem, however, was my vehicle only had 7,000 miles and the rotors are warped. They want to grind the rotors but shouldn’t they replace them on a brand new vehicle? Never in my life have I ever had warped rotors at 7,000 miles on any vehicle we have owned.
