The worse home health care ever ,my husband's cathder start leaking the nurse refuses to come and change it because it was 6pm and they close at 5 when I insisted and she has to come and change it she said she will and she never showed or call ,and when u call the office they cant reach her and she's the nurse on call.
This company is ridiculously negligent in the management of their care workers. One of the workers hit her client's home with her car, causing quite a bit of damage last week. The worker was not removed from duty/drug screened/required to do any driver training courses before returning to work. That same woman, only a week later, almost hit the same client's home, swerved to miss it, crossed the road, and drove her vehicle into my toddler's bedroom.
