i lived in friendship heights. it wasnt bad except they dont want the kids to play ANYWHERE!! dont skateboard in the road, dont play football on the grass, dont go in the woods!! they expect the kids even older ones to stay on the mulch around the little playground they have and nothing else! they repair things as cheap and as rigged as possible & usually take forever doing it! trust me its not gonna be a permanent fix, it will break again and probably cost you money somehow!
