I am most certainly appalled by this dealership. On the day of the purchase we negotiated the deal. (A verbal agreement) As the salesman was typing up the paperwork he was informed that he could not proceed because the GM had backed out of the agreement. After much discussion we reached new terms for the sale and went through with the purchase. I have since had to call back for the items promised during the transaction.
