UPDATE: This is still ongoing as of 9/16/25… currently I’ve been told they are working with my insurance to find the discrepancy. I’m honestly disgusted with how communication has been with this office. I thought it would be better with management but unfortunately I’ve had the opposite experience. Made two appointments for back to back me and my daughter. They rescheduled without asking and the receptionist couldn’t be bothered. I made the appointment a month ago and it was rescheduled without asking call, without an ask if it was ok or if the time and date worked. I stressed at the time I made the appointment that I had an emergency dental situation. Who just reschedules an appointment without asking????????
