I received an overdue bill with no explanation of charges and no previous notifications.  I paid the $460 bill not knowing why and I would like it refunded to me.  I called the office a couple of times and spoke with billing directly about $460 charge. I got different explanations each time I called.  It went from all the staff is new here now; the previous staff billed incorrectly to me being charged for an earlier service that was left unresolved.  None that made logical sense, because, I paid my portion of the bill after ... read more

I would have given them no stars if I could. I had some dental work done at the Winchester location and I was given an estimate of what my part would cost after the insurance. After the service was rendered, I paid the bill in full. I was later billed an outrageous amount more. I called the office and spoke with billing. When I asked for an explanation of the bill, I was told the previous office personnel did not perform the services correctly and there was a mix up in billing.
