We absolutely love our new Jeep! From start to finish, the entire experience was fantastic. The service was perfect, and the staff was wonderful, friendly, welcoming, and professional. Everyone made the buying process easy and enjoyable. We couldn’t be happier with our Jeep and the excellent customer service we received. I had a 9am appointment. Did not get done what I ask to get done. Did not get out until 1pm. I was very disappointed. The only good thing I have to say about my visit was the lady that waited on me was super nice

Lied to me so I’d agree for them to work on my car. They said they had flexible payment options for vehicle repairs. That was a lie. All they’d cover was 490 out of a 3,200$ bill. The only reason I let them work on it is because of the “payment” option. My vehicle is still sitting in the lot because they want everything upfront. What’s even worse is I’m still paying for this vehicle and can’t even drive it. I should’ve went to a local repair shop dealerships are crooks
