The johnson location has very poor sales and finance service! Spoke with sales on saturday took the day off work to make a drive a hour and a half away to make a purchase thankfully didnt waste my time driving there as i was told to send proof of income which for my self employed husband are his company bank statements as thats the act he uses to bank from and those werent good enough for them told me to give them until monday to get something figured out, i get on their website saturday evening to see the car they ran our c... read more

Considering how much work I had to do on my wrangler, it was still an extraordinary experience. Abby and AJ in Service were so patient in trying to figure out what was wrong with my car as well as getting the parts. It was a pleasure to work with both of them. John Dragon, my service guy (who clearly has the best name in the business), but he’s also a really good mechanic. They got my car fixed and offered me a loaner while it was in the shop. This is my 5th vehicle purchase from this dealership. In my experience, other dealerships in the area cannot compete. I have looked at vehicles both online and at many dealerships. My sales rep was fun to work with. Both he and the staff had a sense of humor. I planned my my purchase, my trade was in process was fair and easy. I drove home in my new vehicle.
