I’ve had 2 completely terrible experiences with them. They sold the car to someone else and claimed that person arrived before me when they were holding the car for them. Probably because they were willing to pay full price or had a buddy who hooked them up. I called ahead and asked if the car was available and I was told yes. I drove almost an hour to see it and test drive it. It’s the 2nd time they’ve sold a car out from under me. This time they blamed the car market and offered to pay for my gas. They were very courteous, offered refreshments, addressed us as Mr and Mrs Champion, fully understood that I had to read her lips because I was deaf, and she spoke to where I could read her lips but my wife did most of the talking, she thanked me for my service in the Army. There were no hidden charges, but one thing that sold me is she showed us the Carfax report right from the get go, and asked if we were still interested we both said yes because she said it was completely repaired like new. We purchased our 3rd car from this dealership today. Our salesman was James, the same salesman we have dealt with each time (we always request him). Couldn't be more satisfied with our purchase. Highly recommended.
