My experience with Fransheska at this salon was very disappointing. I arrived with my hair down to the top of my glutes and left with it cut to mid-back, despite clearly asking to maintain the length. She ignored my request and cut much more than I wanted. On top of that, she damaged my bangs, which were left poorly cut. She also did not apply heat protectant before blow-drying, which left my hair more exposed to damage.
