Super unprofessional staff. First off when you schedule online there’s all different kinds of appointment times but they need to be reviewed and scheduled. I booked an appointment for my daughter for 9 AM. Then my appointment got moved to 11 AM by staff.Staff moved it to 1 PM then canceled day of. Rescheduled a different day appointment to 3pm . $25+ same day booking fee is wild work. I understand the theory of it, maybe it may be an emergency type need. But that is silliness. If you have same day availability it means you aren't book solid, or had a cancellation. Both scenarios should be greatful for the last min scheduling. Shame bc I heard amazing things about this salon and was eager to try it. Wouldn't had been a same day scheduling if they weren't closed the 2 days prior to schedule advance. Lame

will not be returning here again. My first appointment I didn’t get in the chair until an hour later. Booked again and my appointment got accepted but when i got to the salon they said my appointment was not accepted because they got me confused with another client. How ?
