This company is nothing short of a total rip off taking advantage of a bad situation. After experiencing a flood throughout the whole downstairs due to a bad hose, they came out to replace a $20 part and charged $260 for a simple job taking less then 30 minutes. They saw that I was in need of my kitchen and said that they would charge $149, only after arriving, just to come out (never provided quote on phone) or pay full amount to have repairs done.
