Could not have been more pleased. Mr and Mrs Duff were kind, considerate and listened to our concerns. We were very fortunate when they sent us Veronica. Veronica was kind and considerate and she and my husband got along wonderfully, they both liked old westerns.
We tried several agencies that we weren’t very happy with, then we found Friends of the Family!! What a difference. My 93 yo mother is very difficult to deal with but working with Erica and Jack has made things easier. They are so kind and helpful it has made the journey much more bearable. If I could I’d give them 1,000 stars!!!
