I've been standing for half an hour waiting for food and the cashier is rude and treats the customer badly.
I was very disappointed with the customer service during my recent visit. From the moment I arrived, the staff did not seem welcoming, and their tone came across as unfriendly and unprofessional. We always order food from Friends Kabob for our parties, and their kabobs and chicken kabobs are consistently outstanding. We recommend them to all of our friends, and everyone has always been extremely happy with the food. They use high-quality, fresh ingredients, and in my opinion, this is one of the best Persian restaurants around. Visited Friends Kabob today for lunch with my family and was a very bad experience because we felt like was scammed with the quality of the food.
