I had just wrecked my car early morning, right before thanksgiving! I was panicking and my friend recommended me to them. They calmed me down and were able to fix my bumper! I am forever grateful for those two gentlemen!
I seriously can't recommend this shop enough -- Charles Sr. and Charles Jr. were amazing to work with. A boulder clean ripped off my bumper last night and I called around to several body shops this morning to see about having it reattached. Every single shop told me I'd need a full bumper replacement and quoted me $1300-$2000 without even looking at the car. Got my baby back on the road and upgraded looking after being told by other shops she was a total loss. Highly recommend! Great, fast & affordable service! Charles & Charles Jr are amazing!
I called at 530 just to ask a few questions. Google says they close at 6pm. Someone answers and says they are closed, that they close at 5pm and hung up in my face. I'm trying to figure out why answer the phone if your closed!!!?? Treated like Friends & family huh? What a 1st impression and I only chose them because of the reviews...smh
