While on a roadtrip in the upper North East, we came upon a great restaurant in Madison, CT. Friends & Company. What a hidden gem. The staff was extremely kind and a pleasure to talk with. Drinks were perfect, we had Lemon Drops and the food was amazing!! We had the crab cakes and a plate of chicken with vegetables that was delicious!! I mean really delicious!! Absolutely would eat here again and highly recommend giving them a visit if you’re ever in the area. You’ll be glad you did.
Oh my god! the BEST corn chowder I ever had - served with delicious PERFECTLY prepared crusted cod. Our waitress was so friendly, and on the spot. my wife had a chicken dish that was the best she says she’s ever had. Drinks were really good… not too weak, but not flamethrowers that make you cringe. We will be going back!!’ prices were VERY reasonable and the place is CLEAN and everyone was “friendly”!! Only go if you like great food at great prices in a great town!!
Lovely experience! We sat outside as the sun set and the deck was gorgeous. Food is always good and the staff is friendly. The house made bread is an amazing little secret, you have to ask for it. Highly recommend this place!
We loved the relaxing atmosphere of the restaurant. The meal was one of the best we have had in a long time.
