Really amazing food and reasonable prices. Can’t beat it.
The staff here did me a huge solid when I forgot to order catering until the week of my large event at the Southfield Westin. They came through last minute, provided really tasty food at an excellent value that my guests all devoured and managed to have it Ready for us timeline that worked with our schedule. Highly recommend for any event that you need to cater.
Food is good. But the cashier is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. I refuse to go now because of her attitude. If you call and ask which soup or the special for the day... she will say "what" a hundred times or hang up on you. I finally got her to say which special it was and when I repeated I want to know the soups, she straight up said " maam I am here but busy, if you want to know which soup you can come here and look for yourself." Friendly staff and great breakfast food
I have been a regular customer the past 6 years of the Friends Cafe, as I work in the same building it is located in. I've even grown to be good acquaintances with a lot of the owning-family and other staff members. However, the last 2 months, give or take, a more mature woman has been working the cashier. She is incredibly rude and unpleasant. Despite my desperate attempts to meet her kindness and empathy upon every visit I make, she continues to be a truly awful experience at the café.
