I had such a great experience! Helen was so kind, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. She worked quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality, and my hair turned out exactly how I wanted. I highly recommend her and will be coming back!
horrible experience with the lady at the salon. she kept my girl waiting 4.5 hrs just for a sew-in and the sew-in was just horrible. the middle parting was a wide berth she left in the middle of her head. She can't sew in hair extensions with the rubbish she did. If I could give less than 1-star, I would. Her customer service is also horrible, and she's unbelievably rude.
