I paid $280 fort hair and unfortunately I’m very disappointed with the results. My hair does not look like what was discussed. On top of that the stylist was eating greasy food while doing my hair , which felt unprofessional . I came in trusting the process and left feeling upset.

Took four hours for rollers and flat iron. No warning or apology. They were understaffed and overbooked.

While the initial styling was impeccable—expertly blended, straightened, and curled—the structural integrity of the installation was lacking. Tangling issues emerged, and sections were sewn onto my hair without proper microlink support. The removal process reinforced my concerns, as it revealed the risk of hair damage had I kept the extensions in any longer. Given that the service cost was $260, I understand that pricing often reflects quality, but proper technique and hair health should always be prioritized.
