Ive tried to visit this establishment twice. Both times extremely dirty. This was the last time I will step foot in the doors. Gross!
It took 20 minutes to get my shake. I am pretty sure the girl took my order and clocked out. I am pretty understanding to working with the public, but this service was TERRIBLE. The manager didn't even seem to care that I was upset...
Kayla is awesome! Such a pleasant attitude, and my son was putting together the donation box he had gotten at school, and she donated $1 towards leukemia research for him. Thank you!!!
Dirtiest restrooms and dining room I've ever seen in a Friendly's. Had I gone to the ladies room before ordering, I wouldn't have stayed. There have been at least 6 different employees in the dining room and no one can run a carpet sweeper or pick up crayons and paper from the floor . The back of the bathroom sink is GRAY, it hasn't been cleaned in that long.
Friendly staff.....GREAT..$5...,,Turkey Melt/Fries!!!!!
