The girl at the register was the only person in uniform. She was the only one doing actual work. She took the order before us and i seen she handled cash and then made food using the same gloves. Than another employee out of uniform wearing a tank top (no bra) and ripped black pants was washing down the tables and booths and another young girl was washing down where the ice cream was stored. you could see dirty water from her rag dripping into the icecream! Went to the wollaston one with my husband daughter in law and grandson. Place was not busy at all! Waited forever to be seated. Took a long time to get waited on. Waited forever for the food that was not even good and it was cold. Didnt even eat it, left the place hungry. The place was not busy at all. Waitress never came back to check on us or ask us if we even needed anything. Our food came before my 4 year old grandsons. We had to look for the waitress to get the check. Will not be going back there again!
It's no wonder why Friendly' s is a dying concept. I've gone there to get a shake for a sick relative 3 times ice the last 2 weeks. The service is slow, not "friendly" and worst of all the place looks dirty. 2 employees hanging outside smoking while I'm trying to place an order. Another sitting at the counter counting her tips. 25 minutes to get a shake in a near empty restaurant @ 4:45pm on 3/1/17.
I usually love friendlys. I went tonight and after waiting in the ice cream line for a half hour I finally got to order. I ordered a strawberry shortcake friend-z and a coffee milkshake to go. When I opened the bag once I got to the car I saw blue frosting all over the top of the friend-z. I assumed they messed up and gave me a birthday cake remix but there was no cake and the ice cream was purple and melted and it was not what I ordered at all. Absolutely disappointed the food was decent the staff was horrible I had to wait dam near 20 Minutes to get served first and last time going there!
The waitstaff was amazing tonight. The large group that over took the window was not.
Food is good my kids only eat the food from here they love it
Friendlys is by far the worst retaurant around.The managers are a horror show especially the D M Judy'she thinks she owns the place she is a coniving two faced bitch. She fired all the good help haha they are screwed now. I really can't see the resaurant staying open much longer.There are waitstaff there now that don't have a clue how to deal with customers , because the company is all about money. this place is by far the worst place ever ! I am a former manager & that place is ran by the most fucked up individuals .. They have no clue how to run a business .. It is absolutely filthy , there are bugs in the ice cream , flying around everywhere , even in the office trying to count money u have flies around your head. Last week a rat ran across the server isle , the staff are even worse ( well some of them ) they drop silverware and just pick it up without washing it and give it to people to use.
