WITHOUT FAIL this is always a good experience. The Holyoke location has the best staff and the best attitude. Special shout out today for Isabella, my server, and the rest of the crew of. Today, 6/14 2pm. They were awesome as always! My original review from at least a year ago; I This is one of the best run Friendly's around. Food is always good and the people are top notch!
Service was great, the manager stopped by our table to ensure that we were having a good experience. I think her name was Tammy. The staff seem to get a long really well. Despite the take out counter being busy, the restaurant customers were also being taken care of. 10/10.
