The Friendly Village of Orangewood is anything but friendly. Instead of a quiet safe park for over 55 seniors it is full of way to many 40 somethings, motorcycles and drug pushers. These people don't stand behind their promised contracts and if the truth be known have sold trailers they don't hold title to. My purchase of a trailer in here was my first home purchase and when I went to transfer the title DMV told me I couldn't title it and it wasn't titled to the trailer park so they should not have sold it to me. This woman bought a fix up opportunity mobile home in our Community. We had the title in the office the entire time she lived here, she never came to pick it up. She never went to the MVD since she never picked up the title, so that is a lie. She lived in the home and never told us the electric bills in the name of the Park were coming to her house, never gave them to us and never paid them either. She never turned on services in her own name and proceeded to rack up over $1200.00 in electric bills that we then had to pay af... read more
