Security lacking. Bike stolen from our property that was triple chain locked to carport . Haven’t seen ANY SECURITY riding around for a good 2 weeks or more. Security gate to property left open so anyone could come in and scope the place out. People waiting at side by fence went in after resident?? Went in. Obviously the person wax not a resident or they’d have codes. No need for gate key. Theft reported to office . Office unconcerned. Now to let local police know

I feel I was discriminated against due to a lower credit score, even though I have written documentation that I have paid rent ALWAYS ON TIME at $250 higher a month at a Phoenix Apartment complex for 3 YEARS! I have steady income sufficient to make lot payments and adequate savings for several months should I need to fall back on it. I would have a clear title on a MH there and only had to pay lot rent. I was denied with no exceptions or efforts to try to work with me.

The is the worse manages rv trailer park I have every seen. I have complained about debris, overgrowth of weeds and unsafe circumstances with the care of the property. Also the cost to stay in the park is outrageous.
This place is crooked three yrs ago I bought a trailer home paid in full. I also paid my lot rent 6 months in advance as a promotion for doing so the where to pay my utilitise. I work with a woman named may. She disappear and the new woman would uphold the promotion of the utilities. Went in my house took my signed paperwork filled non payment of rent . Their were a number of problem in Friendly Village of Orangewood I'll list just some, 2 large Alaska Husky dogs over 21" one of them kill a small sevice dog that live on that street and they are still here. At times transient living on the golf course. The pool house was use by transient for sleeping area and using the pool for a bath tub as well. Management broke park rules take their 2 dogs out one on leash the other NO leash, pee and poop on other peoples lot. The lose dog goes on other side of home and poop but managemen... read more

This review was submitted by a former tenant who was evicted from the property due to non-payment of her rent. Her tenancy here was riddled with not being able to pay and being evicted twice. The first time, we let her work out payments with us and decided not to kick her out. It was only after harassing behavior from her and continued non-payment of any rent, we evicted her and obtained judgment against her. We then locked her out and she destroyed the home and left it filthy. She has used a fake name but we know who she is... read more
