We live at Friendly Ridge where Jeff and Tabitha Summerton work as managers. We truly appreciate how friendly and helpful they are whenever we interact with them. We love the many improvements we're enjoying here at Friendly Ridge. Thank you! Bob and Penny Cory

I really enjoy living here. Friendly neighbors, lots of activities including potlucks, bingo, crafts at the clubhouse. Our managers Jeff & Tabitha are the greatest! Company adding beautiful new homes & many upgrades.
Friendly is The Best Place to live !!! Convenient to so many shops & restaurants , but the most important thing is the Park Managers ! Jeff & Tabithia are wonderful .! Always welcoming , friendly and happy to see us when we have questions or want to talk . When things are happening in the park - it is always posted on our mailroom bulletin board and on our tv screen in the clubhouse . They also give us new info at our monthly Griday morning doughnut gatherings . They make Friendly Ridge The Place for Seniors to retire to !!!
My fiancé and I just purchased a home in the Friendly Ridge community and we love it. It is clean and quiet and Tabitha in the office is spectacular. She is friendly and professional, she responded promptly all of our questions. She has made our experience a great one.
