Friendly is The Best Place to live !!! Convenient to so many shops & restaurants , but the most important thing is the Park Managers ! Jeff & Tabithia are wonderful .! Always welcoming , friendly and happy to see us when we have questions or want to talk . When things are happening in the park - it is always posted on our mailroom bulletin board and on our tv screen in the clubhouse . They also give us new info at our monthly Griday morning doughnut gatherings . They make Friendly Ridge The Place for Seniors to retire to !!!
My fiancé and I just purchased a home in the Friendly Ridge community and we love it. It is clean and quiet and Tabitha in the office is spectacular. She is friendly and professional, she responded promptly all of our questions. She has made our experience a great one.
Nice welcome by Friendly Ridge. I have been here 2 short months and found everyone to be kind and waves when they see me. Friendly Ridge is top of the line with the best managers. It is clean and tidy with Many Amenities and things to do. There is a Park and Shopping just outside the facility.
