Well it's not ran right no lights in the hallways the smell in the hallway the bugs on the floor in the hallway and laundry room. The center room in the front is nasty and smells.
The star is for the first 3 years Only!! The first 3 years were fabulous! 2024 brought new managements. Along with major problems. Roaches and bedbugs spread fast through laundry facility and hallways.. Church owns it and have been made very aware of the situation. The way I was raised this fact alone bring it to a new level of just sad!! Some disabled and elderly people are not able to move out. I feel bad for them! Would give 0 stars if I could. Appalled by the condition they have these people living in. My mother shouldn't have to fight bed bugs and roaches when she has health issues. Staff knows about the infection and refuse to treat or take care of it but they are worried about flowers on your porch and more concerned about cleaning them off than they are the bugs. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Supposed to be for the elderly and that's how you make them live. Pathetic.
