RecommendedComing in here, I didn’t think about having to fill out forms. My dominant hand was injured so Kia at the front desk helped me fill out my paperwork. She was very nice and accommodating. I wold recommend this urgent care to all.
This medical provider has a highly calibrated...efficient...spectacular team and office. The patient focus from check in...to my visit with Dr. Jones was extraordinary. Unlike so many health care providers today...the bottom line dictates the quality of the experience and the time spent with patients...this is NOT the case with Dr. Jones and his team. I went here for a routine physical and to get a work form filled out by the physician. The woman taking my vitals kept asking me questions that weren't her concern. She was also giving me her opinions on things about me that had absolutely nothing to do with her or why I was there as if she was judging me. When I go to the doctor, I'm expecting confidentiality with any information I give because your main concern is your health and nothing else, so I was very shocked and felt like my privacy had been invaded! This place kept giving me the run around every time I visit. The Doctor asked for me to perform my own private swab , they would only see me for one thing at a time. They lost my ur once twice on two different appointments, I've been trying to get a simple physical exam and can't. Today I had a appointment but I had to cancel it bc a male Doctor at this practice refuses to do a physical exam on a female. And to add the female doctor is only there from 8-10am very inconvenient!!!!
Very sick, no primary care physician, but in need of one. Called and was able to be worked into the schedule same day. Nothing but happy helpful people from beginning to end. Would certainly recommend to others. So, yes, I have found my primary care physician :-)
Friendly staff...had no appointment...did not wait long...very quick and convenient. Clean and nice facility.
2 hr. wait before seen, hardly anyone in the waiting area, not going back.
