After explaining what I needed done several times, he did the exact opposite of what I asked and when I called him about it, he simply talked over me and said that I explained it wrong several times. His English is not the best and I had a feeling he did understand. I had hoped his sons would have explained to him what I was asking for but they did not. If you want anything other than a brake job or an oil change, I'd go somewhere else.
I went in to get a specific thing fixed. After telling me a price of the phone they added another $100 in person. After i paid with every penny i had, i left with my car, my check engine light was on and the car didn't run as smoothly as it did before i gave it to them and the light wasnt on before and they told me that there's supposedly "another problem" with the car which i knew it didn't have before and it was going to be double the amount i paid for already. I enjoyed coming to friendly auto for my safety inspection. Jay was very friendly and helpful to arrange an appointment the same day. The inspection was thorough and quick. Very satisfied with the good service.
