Called yesterday to make an appointment for my state inspection and to be amazement - Jay said he could see me today. When I arrived Jay got right to work and I was out of there quickly. Jay was professional and fast! I couldn't be happier! Thank you Jay!

After explaining what I needed done several times, he did the exact opposite of what I asked and when I called him about it, he simply talked over me and said that I explained it wrong several times. His English is not the best and I had a feeling he did understand. I had hoped his sons would have explained to him what I was asking for but they did not. If you want anything other than a brake job or an oil change, I'd go somewhere else.

I went in to get a specific thing fixed. After telling me a price of the phone they added another $100 in person. After i paid with every penny i had, i left with my car, my check engine light was on and the car didn't run as smoothly as it did before i gave it to them and the light wasnt on before and they told me that there's supposedly "another problem" with the car which i knew it didn't have before and it was going to be double the amount i paid for already.
