I had not been to the dentist since Covid and I was nervous, but everyone at Friendly Smiles was very welcoming, kind, and professional. I’m glad I came here to restart my dental care, and I’d recommend them to anyone.
Needed to come here to complete my Dental for the US Army Reserves. They called me the day before to confirm my appointment. I arrived 10 minutes early for my 10:45am appointment and no one is in the office. I waited for 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment and still no one arrived. I understand that emergencies happen, but have someone from the office call your scheduled appointments and tell them that you need to reschedule. Needless to say, I will never use them again. The doctors and staff were so amazing! Got a very thorough cleaning and they answered all my questions and concerns. Best experience and results I’ve had at the dentists, highly recommend!
