I agree with a lot of you on here as far as the two girls in the front. Yes the doctors are amazing I take my children there and have been for a few year's. I have no complaints on the doctor's. What makes this place terrible is Sandra and Cristal receptionist in the front. They are very rude and Sandra thinks she runs the office. My friend took her nice there and the sent her away because she didn't have the paperwork. It's hard to speak to the doctor or even the office manager because nothing will be done about these girls... read more

I had an appointment here on Tuesday the girls in the front were great they were not rude at all they were busy but it's understandable for a busy practice every question I had they answered and the doctors were great will be returning for my 6th month check up ☺️

I was a little apprehensive about going to the dental office after reading these horrible reviews. But this was the only office in the area that took my insurance and that's where I was assigned to. So I went in expecting the worst. But to my surprise the two ladies up front you're very courteous and friendly all smiles. The person that took my xrays was very nice and the doctor I believe it was dr. Silva was very friendly and explained everything to me in detail. My family and I have been coming here for years. They are so friendly and professional. I was just in for cleaning and Crystal was so awesome! She greeted me as I walked in and scheduled my 6 month follow up when I was done. Very professional and sweet. Dr. Hamlet is so funny he makes sure you being well taken care of when you are in his practice. It feels good when you can go into the dentist and so many can greet you by your first name.

This place was all around great cleaning was awesome office was gorgeous they played videos and movies very informative. The only thing I would have to say from keeping me from rating it more stars is the short little blonde girl that works up front. She's rude and has an angry face when you walk in.When I walked up to her window she didn't even say hello she said that the girl in the next seat over can help me. The doctors are great even the assistants. But the girls in the front are crazy! The on in the middle and far right are awful. They are rude and snoty. I cain't believe the office manager and doctor hired this girls. They are unprofessional! They talk about other patients on front of everyone just plain rude. They should be fired because these girls are gonna cost the doctor his practice.

The girls in the front are awful. The one in the middle and far rite they should be fired. I can't believe they hired them. So unprofessional and rude they talk about patients in front of everyone.

Absolutely awful receptionist in this office. I went with my friend and was going to make an appointment but after seeing how rude the girls are I didn't. I think the names are Cristal and Sandra they are so rude unbelievable. I am shocked that they have them working there considering there bad attitude. The doctor and manager should be ashamed to allow there rudeness.
