Geronimo's team replaced our roof a couple years ago and we have had no issues at all with the heavy rains our area has had since then. He recommended and installed an extra air vent, and also installed roofing on our new patio and on a separate cabana in the back yard. It all still looks great. He also recommended and installed some extra guttering to divert rain water as needed.
I highly recommend Friendly Restoration Services for anyone needing a roof replacement or repair. From the initial consultation, Geronimo was professional and provided a transparent, itemized quote that didn't change once the job started. The crew arrived on time every day, and I was especially impressed by their cleanup. My mom's roof looks fantastic!
They all did a great job! Geronimo was able to get me on the schedule quickly and gave me several estimates which was extremely appreciated! The work ended up taking longer than expected, but that wasn't surprising due to the size of the job and he was very communicative about the process and any roadblocks they ran into. They did a fantastic job and I'll definitely be reaching out again when it is time to do more work on my house.
Geronimo was excellent to work with. He guided me through the process which included a very difficult adjuster from my insurance company. His team did an amazing job with my roof replacement, fit and finish was perfect, and they took the time to do a thorough clean up afterwards.
