Very rude owner. Charged twice amount as quoted and wouldnt explain why. When I was able to finally receive invoice, it wasnt for my address. He refused to refund. Owner left gate open for my animals to run away, lost our dogs for days. He was rude, found out he employed criminals with theft charges. Owner was rude and disrespectful. Opposite of friendly.
